Only the free run juice is used in our Montebello to avoid any colour pick up and to keep the freshness and purity of the fruit intact.
The wine displays classic aromas of nashi pear and rose petals with hints of lemon.  The palate is fresh and juicy, with flavours of fresh pear and a lingering crisp finish.

Perfect with seafood dishes such as panfried King George whiting or salt and pepper squid.
