The cool maritime conditions on Kangaroo Island along with ancient soils allow for a slow even ripening which shows through in both the elegance and persitence of this wine. This sophisticated dry rose shows aromas of wild berrries with a hint of rose petal, whilst the palate exhibits a silky texture and vibrant acidity.

This has such a vivid hue, close to that of Aperol. Textural, with watermelon and ruby grapefruit notes. A suggestion of sweetness on the finish marries with strawberry and passionfruit vine, rounding out the silky and aromatic profile very well.
